For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward. Mark 9:41 I watch the eyes of the people in my community when they receive the bags of food that I am blessed to give them and it makes me think about how proud my father in heaven must be that His people are being taken care of.

Here in the US we have poverty and adults and children go hungry every day but the resources for them to receive food is bountiful. My families in Ceibita do not have that option. When they are hungry they stay hungry until the Lord provides. It's really hard for me to understand what hunger feels like and to wrap my mind around how people live day to day hungry is very difficult.

It is getting harder and harder to pay for the food for the families because the cost keeps rising. Please pray for the resources to continue coming in to meet this need.

Each of the families in these photos received 10 lbs of beans and 10 lbs of rice and a liter of oil. This will last for almost a month for a typical family who makes it last.
